    Overview:

    Joining our Maintenance Team means helping keep the park operating safely and efficiently by ensuring accurate maintenance records and documentation.

     

    As a Seasonal Maintenance Records Specialist, you will support the Maintenance Department by maintaining accurate records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role is primarily administrative and data-focused, ensuring work orders, preventive maintenance records, equipment information, and documentation are complete, organized, and up to date.

    Responsibilities:
    • Enter and maintain maintenance records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
    • Accurately input work orders, preventive maintenance activities, equipment information, and asset records.
    • Review maintenance documentation for completeness and accuracy.
    • Organize, scan, and maintain electronic maintenance files and records.
    • Update equipment, asset, and location information as needed.
    • Assist with maintaining inventory and parts records within maintenance systems.
    • Research and resolve data discrepancies by working with maintenance supervisors and technicians.
    • Generate routine reports and documentation for department leadership.
    • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of maintenance information.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned in support of the Maintenance Department.

    Qualifications:
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems.
    • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
    • Ability to accurately enter and manage large volumes of information.
    • Strong communication and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support park operations.
