Maintenance Production Manager


About Us
Georgia Landscape Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Production Manager to join our growing team in the Metro Atlanta area. This position is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys building teams, driving quality, managing field operations, and helping crews succeed in a fast-paced landscaping environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role with significant field involvement and long-term growth opportunity within the company.


Pay
  •  $60,000 - $70,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications 
Schedule
  •  Full-time 
  •  Four 10-hour shifts 
  •  Monday - Thursday 
  •  Friday used as makeup/weather day when needed 
  •  Additional hours may be required during peak season 
Responsibilities
  •  Lead and oversee 3 - 5 landscape maintenance crews consisting of approximately 8 - 12 field team members 
  •  Spend the majority of the workday in the field supporting crews and monitoring production 
  •  Train, mentor, recruit, and retain team members 
  •  Monitor daily productivity, efficiency, and quality standards 
  •  Track and communicate KPI metrics and crew performance 
  •  Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards 
  •  Conduct regular quality control inspections on job sites 
  •  Support scheduling and operational planning with management 
  •  Maintain strong communication with field staff and leadership 
  •  Assist with problem solving, conflict resolution, and team accountability 
  •  Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture 
Qualifications
  •  Minimum 3 years of landscape maintenance experience required 
  •  Minimum 2 years of crew leadership experience preferred 
  •  Multiple crew management experience strongly preferred 
  •  Working knowledge of Atlanta-area plants and turf preferred 
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
  •  Ability to lead, support, and develop teams 
  •  Clean driving record preferred 
  •  Working knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment 
  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office preferred 
  •  Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform the essential job functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
