Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs in residential properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
- Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and other outdoor maintenance duties.
- Work collaboratively with the property management team to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
