Job Title: Maintenance Porter
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Position Summary: The Day Porter maintains the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the building and supports daily maintenance operations by performing inspections, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily building equipment and safety inspections, reporting issues to the Building Engineer. • Maintain exterior areas, parking lot entrances, and dumpster areas. • Clean and restock public restrooms and common areas. • Vacuum and straighten entrance mats, clean high-touch surfaces. • Replace light bulbs and ceiling tiles as needed. • Inspect stairwells, mechanical rooms, vacant suites, and tenant common areas. • Complete work orders and assist the Building Engineer as needed. • Monitor and report supply inventory needs.
Qualifications: • Porter, janitorial, or light maintenance experience preferred. • Ability to perform physical tasks and work independently. • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
