Description Our Emerson EWP manufacturing facility in Emerson, Arkansas is seeking two (2) skilled Maintenance Planner/Schedulers that possess thorough and comprehensive knowledge of maintenance equipment and processes. The role serves as the main interface between the request for maintenance service and the execution and closure of that work. The primary function of this position is to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiencies through effective input, planning and execution of work orders. This full-time, hourly role is a non-bargaining unit position that reports to the Maintenance Manager. The pay range for this role is $31-$36 per hour depending on experience. Key Functions: Use of computer-based programs to support effective prioritization of maintenance requests, manage maintenance inventory, and delegate maintenance resources Active oversight, development of and participation in preventative maintenance activities to reduce unscheduled downtime Establishment and verification of effective communication across maintenance & production teams/shifts Provision of immediate feedback and recommendations on problems and opportunities Ownership for driving continuous improvement in area of responsibility
