    Summary:

    The Maintenance Person II is responsible for performing a variety of duties to maintain, repair, and install equipment and physical structures and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by Management. This is a management position and typically reports to the Sr. Maintenance Manager.

    Essential Functions:

    Performs a variety of repairs on equipment

    Performs heavy lifting or moving of heavy equipment as required

    Adheres to all OSHA regulations

    Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

    Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent; up to 3 years equivalent experience post-high school specialized trade or technical school preferred

    Requires OSHA-10 training for Construction and General Industries

    Requires precise hand/eye coordination

    May require specific drivers license based on state requirements, a clean driving record and ability to pass HMSHost MVR Background check

    Liquor license or food handlers permit may be required depending on location

    Requires operation of heavy equipment or vehicles

    Must perform lifting/pushing of objects weighing over 50 lbs

    Requires the ability to work on elevated surfaces

    Requires the ability to work in small or confined spaces
