Lead Maintenance Excellence in Manufacturing

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end maintenance operations for production equipment and utilities.
- Establish reliability targets, track KPIs, and drive sustained performance improvement.
- Design and manage maintenance training and performance systems for the team.
- Implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence and extend asset life.
- Lead capital initiatives ($500k–$3M): scope, scheduling, vendor coordination, installation, and startup.
- Plan and execute plant shutdowns/turnarounds in partnership with engineering and operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and other groups to prioritize work and allocate resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of management and leadership experience within manufacturing.
- Track record overseeing multimillion CapEx projects ranging from $500k to $3M.
- Demonstrated success coordinating and leading shutdown activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.
- Experience leading RCI’s.
