Selected candidates will work on alternative delivery projects, including mega‑projects.Key RolesJunior, mid‑level and senior level MOT Engineers and Task LeadsMOT CAD DesignersDesired SkillsetsDesign/Build or Alternative Delivery project experienceExperience or interest in developing design packages for highway improvement projectsExperience with Bentley Microstation and Open RoadsExperience in all aspects of MOT design, including: cross sections, typical cross sections, traffic control plans, profiles, temporary signing and pavement markings, detour routesQualifications by LevelBS Degree or equivalent education and/or experience (for CAD Designers)Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or equivalentMid‑Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or equivalentSenior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or equivalentPreferred QualificationsEIT Certification or PE LicenseSponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.Relocation assistance may be available for this role.These positions are expected to be hybrid (remote/in‑office) and based out of a local AECOM office.Other RequirementsAt AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
