Minimum Qualifications: · High school diploma. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and building system (e.g., HVAC, fire suppression, security, communication, etc.) skills substantiated by training/work experience. Specific license/certification may be required as deemed appropriate by the board.
Essential Functions: 1. Helps manage the effective delivery/advancement of maintenance operations.
Exemplifies professionalism and fosters goodwill to enhance the district's public image.
Maintains open/effective communications. Serves as a reliable information resources
Pursues opportunities to enhance professional performance.
Takes precautions to ensure safety. Initiates action to manage/eliminate risks.
Performs other specific job-related duties as directed.
