What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your work directly supports production by minimizing downtime and ensuring our associates have dependable equipment every shift.Responsibilities include:

Responding to equipment breakdowns and troubleshooting mechanical issuesPerforming repairs and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipmentPrioritizing and completing maintenance work ordersDiagnosing complex equipment and system failuresPerforming equipment condition assessments and recommending repairs or replacementsLeading or supporting equipment installations, removals, relocations, and special projectsCoordinating with Production Facilitators, Production Team Leaders, Continuous Improvement, and Engineering to resolve equipment issuesWorking with the Maintenance Supply Specialist to ensure critical spare parts are availableHelping maintain a safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operation

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsAbility to diagnose and resolve equipment issues independentlyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to safety and continuous improvement

Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining, PLC troubleshooting, or industrial automation is a plus.

Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to:

Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protectionWalk, stand, bend, kneel, and climb stairs or ladders throughout the shiftPerform physical maintenance tasks on industrial manufacturing equipmentWork safely in an active manufacturing environment
