Job Objective:
This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring compliance and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
Licensure: CT State Motor Vehicle Driver's License
Essential Job Functions:
- Make daily rounds in an efficient and orderly manner while observing plant mechanicals and building structure.
- Carefully clean all commercial capacity dryers in the laundry areas on a daily basis.
- Perform jobs as required by work orders in a safe and timely manner including security coverage for building entrances.
- Perform snow removal.
- Assist in all emergency matters ranging from fire safety procedure to on call service for extreme weather conditions.
- Other related duties as assigned.
