Readiness checklist

  • High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to pass required assessment test(s).
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience—or formal education—in print reading and troubleshooting.
  • Comfort with rotating schedules, including weekends, plus overtime when required.

Safety is non‑negotiable

  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines without exception.
  • Wear the full set of PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection.
  • Be prepared for an industrial environment that can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, or noisy.
