Maintenance Mechanic-Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM- 2/2/3)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in our bottling facility to ensure continuous, efficient operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and experienced in complex production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bottling lines, conveyors, packaging machinery, and plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Lead or assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior maintenance staff.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with operations to identify opportunities for equipment improvements and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a bottling or food & beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with PLCs, automated production equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
