Job Details

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and equipment-related issues, performing timely and effective repairs.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all machinery and equipment.
Perform general facility and building maintenance, including minor repairs, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment; install new or upgraded systems as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Coordinate with vendors and provide recommendations for external maintenance services and contracts.
Oversee and supervise outside contractors performing mechanical and electrical work when required.
Support and adhere to all health, safety, quality, and Lean manufacturing initiatives and standards.
Work directly on the warehouse floor in an environment with heavy machinery, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
Demonstrate and uphold company employee attributes and core competencies in daily responsibilities.
