We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic III to support and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment, automation systems, furnaces, and facility systems in a fast-paced production environment.
This role is ideal for a skilled industrial maintenance technician or mechanic with experience in:
Siemens PLC troubleshooting
Automated production equipment
Electrical and mechanical repair
Preventive maintenance (PM)
Manufacturing maintenance operations
You'll play a lead role in troubleshooting, equipment uptime, and mentoring junior maintenance team members.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair industrial production equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems
Troubleshoot furnace operations using Siemens PLC hardware and software
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (PM)
Use digital multimeters (DMMs) and other diagnostic tools to identify issues
Support installation, modification, and repair of manufacturing equipment
Assist the Senior Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Manager with task coordination and workflow guidance
Help maintain equipment reliability, production uptime, and workplace safety
Support building and grounds maintenance as needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience troubleshooting and repairing semi-automated or fully automated equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to analyze equipment issues and determine corrective actions independently
Preferred Qualifications
Technical school, trade school, or industrial maintenance coursework
Experience with industrial controls, automation, or production furnaces
Experience mentoring or leading junior maintenance technicians

Training Schedule Monday-Friday (Approx. 2–3 Months)

Compensation & Benefits
$30–$38 per hour

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role works in an industrial manufacturing environment and may involve:
Standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting
Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Exposure to heat, moving machinery, electrical systems, fumes, and industrial materials
Use of PPE including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, respirators, and arc flash equipment
Candidates must be able to safely work around industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
