Industrial Maintenance Technician - Days
Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
Salary: $33.00-$35.00/hour, based on experience

Your part in our story:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician tends to production & plastics molding equipment such as: blow molding & injection molding machines, fillers, case packers, cappers, labelers, palletizers, and water processing equipment used for bottling water. This position will perform troubleshooting and repairs to equipment as needed.
Essential Duties:
- Performs all repair tasks necessary to keep bottling lines operating efficiently
- Troubleshoots all production and water processing equipment
- Conducts maintenance on water processing equipment: distillers, reverse osmosis units, centrifugal pumps, etc.
- Maintains safe and clean workshop, follows safety guidelines.
- Tracks all performed equipment maintenance in Allen Bradley’s FIIX Maintenance Management System.
- Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment.
- Repair and maintenance of equipment and building.
- Conducts maintenance tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Equipment improvements are assigned during the technician’s idle time including: Fabrication, Electrical projects, and PLC Programming.
- Assigned tasks are based upon the technician’s skill set, past experience, and areas that growth and learning are desired.
Must follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices. Work 5am-5:10pm on a 2-2-3 shift schedule:
- Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

About you – preferred requirements for this role
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Some manufacturing experience with a beverage, food or liquid consumer products manufacturer is preferred.
- Prior knowledge of GMP’s, sanitation standards and FDA requirements is helpful.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time – 12 hour shifts.
- Basic math skills are needed.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills – oral and written.
