Buffalo. J.M. Smucker (Milkbone). Maintenance Mechanic. $42.94/hour. PT. Milk-Bone is recruiting for a part-time Maintenance Mechanic for day shift on Saturdays at $42.94/hr. Qualifications/Requirements * Candidate must have 5+years of direct industrial equipment maintenance in a production environment. * Candidate must be available to work every Saturday, as scheduled. * Must have own hand tools. * Must have the ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics and parts specifications. Responsibilities * Ideal candidate will have ability to diagnose and repair machine malfunctions, perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, manufacturing systems and controls. * Knowledge of baking and high speed packing equipment a plus. * Perform all duties related to computerized preventative maintenance programs. * Will frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Education * HS/GED required. * Pre-employment drug & background verification.
