Maintenance Technician Manufacturing (2nd & 3rd Shift)
Training: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (up to 3 months)

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM 12:30 AM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Pay:$30 $35/hr + shift differentials (based on experience)
Our customer is expanding their maintenance team and hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians to support production equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for technicians with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoy hands-on problem solving and working with automation systems.
What Youll Do
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose machine control, automation, and software-related issues
Support production with changeovers and equipment improvements
Fabricate machine parts and brackets using shop equipment (mills, lathes, welding tools)
Identify potential failures and communicate corrective actions proactively
Maintain maintenance documentation, work orders, and repair notes
Ensure equipment meets safety, quality, and production requirements
Qualifications (Must Have)
Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience
Advanced troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Experience working with machine controls, automation systems, and maintenance software
Exposure to PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical prints
Preferred
Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms
Understanding of industrial communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
Fabrication experience (machining, welding)
Technical training or vocational education in industrial maintenance or electrical technology
Work Environment
Active manufacturing facility
Hands-on maintenance and repair work
Exposure to electrical systems, chemicals, and elevated work areas
On-call and overtime may be required to support operations
