Title: Maintenance Mechanic – Blow Molding
Location: Carrollton, TX
Shifts Available:
  • 2ND Shift (3PM- 11PM)
  • 3RD Shift (11PM- 7AM)
Pay: $25- $28/hr.
Hire Type: Direct Hire

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support a Blow Molding manufacturing operation. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, molds, and auxiliary systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Job Duties:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molding machines.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
  • Support mold changeovers, setup, and production startups.
  • Maintain auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, leak testers, granulators, dryers, chillers, air compressors, and vacuum systems.
  • Perform basic electrical troubleshooting (sensors, motors, heaters, VFDs).
  • Complete maintenance work orders and documentation.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (plastics preferred).
  • Experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read basic schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
  • Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification.
  • Basic English communication skills.
