Maintenance Mechanic Compensation

• $31.50 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Maintenance Mechanic Highlights

• Contract assignment
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd shift), 40 hours/week
• Worksite: Fredericksburg, VA 22408
• Multiple openings available ( 8 )

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities

• Assist in managing equipment for a mid-to-large volume facility to support production goals and quality expectations
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for systems and equipment
• Regularly inspect machinery for signs of wear/defects and address issues proactively
• Complete complex daily work orders with a focus on:
• • Conveyor systems
  • Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) / industrial equipment
• Follow all organizational and regulatory safety guidelines
• Document work requests and support spare parts/inventory control as needed

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making
• Ability to work the required shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Maintenance Mechanic Preferred Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar high-volume environment
• Hands-on experience working with conveyors and/or industrial equipment/PIT
• Preventative maintenance program experience and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
