In this role, you'll
- maintain and repair the building and grounds,
- supervise a maintenance assistant,
- respond to resident and staff requests,
- perform light electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, painting, and flooring tasks,
- oversee preventive maintenance and fire safety records,
- and
- manage supplies and maintenance logs.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, maintenance or management experience (preferred), are detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, dependable, and able to lift and move furniture.
