Holy Spirit Catholic School and Parish is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance procedures, repairs and upkeep operations of all the buildings and grounds of both our Darboy and Kimberly Campuses. This position will also be responsible to:

  • Create and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for preventative maintenance of buildings and equipment
  • Monitor equipment and supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Monitor the budget for maintenance and janitorial needs ensuring that the best physical resources are available to complete necessary tasks as allowed by the current budget
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Secure estimates and bids as needed for major maintenance projects
  • Communicate with and coordinate tasks with other janitorial/maintenance employees on a regular basis
  • Coordinate volunteers for areas of maintenance when practical
  • Inspect property and equipment
  • Ensure health and safety policies are in place
  • Perform tasks as needed to include but not limited to cleaning and repairing any areas and equipment as needed
  • Coordinate maintenance departments involvement in activities

While it is the maintenance manager's role to lead, guide and supervise, it is also required that he/she be willing to do tasks as well and come alongside others as needed. Servant leadership has a great impact on those you will be leading.
