As a key leader in the organization, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to optimize productivity
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issues
Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times
Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources
Requirements
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and health & safety regulations
