Our client is a liquid, food, and chemical packaging manufacturer looking to add a strong, technical Maintenance Manager to its team. This position will lead the department and build strong systems, improve equipment reliability, and create a maintenance team that effectively creates a consistent wave of operational excellence.
- Direct the overall maintenance approach for the entire site, including production equipment, facility systems, and stationary engineering operations
- Boost equipment performance by cutting unexpected downtime and strengthening OEE
- Mentor and develop the maintenance team, including Supervisors, Technicians, the Inventory Coordinator, and the Maintenance Trainer
- Manage the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities
* 3+ years of experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
* Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLCs, drives, industrial controls, and web handling systems
* Proven experience building preventive and predictive maintenance programs
* Experience utilizing a CMMS system
