Description
Under the direction of plant leadership, the Maintenance Manager oversees skilled and semi skilled personnel responsible for maintaining facility infrastructure, grounds, and production equipment. This role provides leadership across mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring reliable plant operations. Responsibilities also include coordinating external vendors once services are contracted and supporting overall equipment performance across the facility.
This position requires strong hands on experience within a metal manufacturing environment. A solid background in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and interfacing across multiple pieces of equipment is essential. The Maintenance Manager will also coordinate schedules for equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and required inspections tied to licenses and permits.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
