This position oversees the planning, supervision, and execution of cost-effective maintenance for equipment across processing, maintenance, and refrigeration departments.
- Directs and supports maintenance supervisors and personnel, collaborates with contractors and engineering for equipment modifications and troubleshooting.
- Manages highly automated systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
- Coordinates maintenance training programs, assists with budget preparation, manages work schedules, and ensures availability of parts and assets.
- Provides data for managerial decisions and aims to improve maintenance reliability.
- Supervises maintenance, refrigeration, and engineering teams.
Requirements include a preferred Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in management, strong technical skills, good communication, sound judgment, and organizational abilities. Travel is minimal, with 1-5 trips annually.
