Maintenance Manager
General Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all maintenance operations to ensure facilities, equipment, and grounds are safe, reliable, and efficiently maintained. Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities, this role leads maintenance staff, manages contractor services, and oversees the implementation and ongoing administration of the work order and asset management system. A core focus of the position is scheduling and managing work to optimize staff efficiency, minimize downtime, and support organizational operations.

Working Conditions
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to varying weather conditions and potentially hazardous environments. The position requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability. Physical Requirements
Ability to perform duties requiring standing, walking, climbing ladders, accessing restricted areas, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
