The Maintenance Manager role in Refrigeration requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, PE certification, or equivalent experience. Candidates should have over 5 years of high-volume manufacturing experience, preferably in the food/beverage sector, with expertise in engineering, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, project management, and capital planning. PSM experience with Ammonia Refrigeration Systems is preferred.
Qualifications include 3-5 years of ammonia refrigeration maintenance, CIRO or RETA certification, strong PSM and industrial refrigeration knowledge, and proficiency with NEC, blueprints, and engineering drawings. Experience in building maintenance, freezer doors, and truck bay levelers is also desirable.
