Position Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Racine, Wisconsin
Position Summary:
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a beloved, fourth-generation family-owned food manufacturing company with deep roots, an authentic culture, and serious growth momentum. The right leader will step into a highly visible role with real impact, reporting directly to an operations leader who is transparent, direct, and refreshingly free of bureaucracy. This is a builder's role — the kind that doesn't come along often. You'll lead a team of technicians and you'll have the runway to create and own a maintenance program from the ground up, establishing KPIs, driving an operating system, and bringing stability and pride to a team that's eager for leadership. The equipment environment is straightforward — conveyors, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatics — so the emphasis here is on character and people skills as much as technical chops. The culture is collaborative, genuine, and deeply passionate about the product. If you're someone who leads by caring, earns trust through honesty, and wants to make a tangible difference in a place where your work truly matters, this opportunity will feel like home.
