Maintenance Manager

Our client, a leading Food Manufacturing facility, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting a dedicated maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Greater Philadelphia

What's the Job?
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of maintenance operations for all facilities.
  • Implement and manage a preventative maintenance program for equipment.
  • Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and supervise repair work performed by third-party maintenance teams.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of initiative.
