- Ensures timely completion of work orders, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
- Participates in unit make-ready, groundskeeping, and resident retention efforts.
- Requires experience in building trades, supervisory skills, and relevant certifications.
- Must be physically capable of outdoor work and possess a valid driver’s license and certifications such as EPA 608 and OSHA-10.
