Job TitleLead Maintenance and Reliability EngineerJob DescriptionLead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards. Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and optimize maintenance schedules and resources. Oversee utilities management, ensuring compliance with OSHA and GMP standards. Coordinate capital projects, focusing on automation, PLCs, and reliability engineering. Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement of critical components. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
