Job Details

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our production equipment and facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery, including CNC machines, saws, edge banders, sanders, and finishing equipment. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime and supporting our production teams by quickly addressing maintenance issues. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to quality and efficiency, and you will have the opportunity to implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of our equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage routine maintenance and repairs on both equipment and facilities
  • Respond quickly to maintenance issues on the production floor, minimizing disruptions
  • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks to enhance equipment longevity
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and manufacturing guidelines
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment installation, upgrades, and layout changes

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance or facility management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting
  • Solid computer skills, including the ability to generate reports in Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Physical dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
