Job Description Summary:

As such, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives. What Youll Do for Us

Serve as the driving force behind the implementation of the maintenance work schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed with high quality and efficiency.

Act as the primary liaison between production supervision and the maintenance department to facilitate communication and coordinate improvement initiatives.

Oversee and coordinate plant maintenance requirements to achieve necessary upgrades, modifications, and repairs in partnership with planning and scheduling teams.

Utilize data analytics to assess equipment failure models and mean time between failures (MTBF), recommending improvements that reduce or eliminate equipment and process failures.

Manage maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement to align with evolving operational demands.

Implement fail-safe mechanisms to capture maintenance work order data regularly, promoting a systematic approach toward maintenance service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or technical school background is desirable, along with CMRP certification or equivalent.

4+ years of production plant experience with a robust mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Proven ability to estimate labor hours, visualize jobs to be performed, and manage materials effectively.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex situations using tact.

Strong administrative skills coupled with proficiency in mathematical calculations and paperwork management.

Readiness to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.

A firm commitment to customer service, displaying an orientation towards meeting and exceeding the expectations of internal customers.

Skills

Pay Range: $109,000 - $129,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
