Maintenance Manager
As the Maintenance Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Manager. You will lead and mentor a team of 26 reports (4 direct, 22 indirect). You will drive efficiency and excellence in maintenance systems and practices, at this highly valued manufacturing plant. Collaborate closely with Quality, Safety, HR and the rest of the Leadership Team including Production to schedule and execute equipment and facility repairs. Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators to track and enhance maintenance function performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of plant equipment Maintenance (or Engineering) experience in high-speed manufacturing.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Understanding of PLC and logic controls for high-speed operating equipment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / TPM / Continuous Improvement required.
Experience in Food/Beverage/Medical Device/Pharmaceuticals/Consumer Packaged Goods or injection molding is a plus.
