Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Maintenance Manager - Maintenance Excellence Leader to join their team. As our Maintenance Excellence Leader in Denver, CO, you'll lead a 26-member team with passion and expertise, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within our highly valued plant.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead a culture of excellence: Lead your team, fostering a proactive, data-driven approach to maintenance that minimizes downtime and maximizes equipment efficiency.
  • Become a troubleshooting master: Apply your technical prowess to analyze equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Embrace continuous improvement: Develop and implement robust KPIs to track performance and drive ongoing optimization across your department.
  • Oversee control systems and logic controls for high-speed equipment, ensuring smooth operation and peak performance.
  • Develop and mentor your supervisors, creating a dynamic and engaged team aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner closely with Quality, Safety, HR, and Production to plan and execute repairs, fostering a cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in plant equipment maintenance (or engineering) within high-speed manufacturing.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, motivating and developing teams.
  • Understanding of PLC and logic controls for high-speed equipment.
  • Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in Food/Beverage/Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals/Consumer Packaged Goods or injection molding is a plus.
