In this role, you will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance and improvement projects, and ensure maximum uptime across a highly automated production facility.

The Role
Lead and develop an engineering and maintenance team.
Drive reliability, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Manage maintenance planning and engineering projects.
Monday - Friday, 40-hour week.
The Person
Maintenance management experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG, or similar environments.
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
Experience within high-volume or automated production facilities.
Ambitious and looking to progress into senior site leadership.
