Responsible for increasing productivity to meet manufacturing goals by leading a multi-disciplinary team to identify opportunities and support equipment modifications, including capital projects.
Lead system changes for new product lines, reviewing equipment design, PLC control, and safety, with action plans covering funding, personnel, and schedules.
Quickly address technical issues from production, optimize resource use, and enhance preventive maintenance with predictive systems like oil analysis and vibration monitoring.
Utilize root cause analysis for problem resolution.
Ensure plant shutdowns support regulatory inspections and scheduled repairs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in engineering or technical field)
- 7-10 years supervisory experience in plant maintenance or engineering
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance, capital projects, SAP, and budgeting
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
