The Maintenance Manager oversees facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, hydraulics, PLCs, and automation to ensure optimal equipment and grounds performance supporting production and safety.
Responsibilities include setting departmental goals, developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing maintenance teams across shifts, and overseeing repair and construction projects.
Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and trains personnel on procedures.
Analyzes data to improve KPIs, participates in performance evaluations, and contributes to a positive team culture.
Requires 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance leadership, experience with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and HVAC, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must demonstrate strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
