- Manages inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and safety protocols, while developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Prepares budgets, monitors expenditures, and coordinates with vendors and contractors.
- Leads staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and fosters a positive work environment.
- Ensures safety compliance, industry knowledge, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications: 10+ years of experience, including 5+ in leadership; strong mechanical, electrical, and control system knowledge; proficiency in maintenance systems; and a valid driver's license.
