Responsible 24/7 for day-to-day facility operations including Security, Maintenance, Infrastructure, CAPX responsibilities, Project Management, Team Development, Management of individual projects, and the management of a 2-shift, in-house, support staff. Musthave and be capable of troubleshooting and technical expertise to help clients achieve the highest levels of performance. The individual is responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating the entire range of facilities/maintenance activities within the plant including contributions to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity. Supervise and manage day to day employee relations. The individual must also have a working knowledge of QMS procedures, ability to handle external audits, and be able to organize all records that support QMS related assignments.
