Maintenance Manager Responsibilities: 

• Manage daily activities of maintenance staff and contractors as required
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff to ensure established standards for safety and maintenance and repair of equipment are met daily
• Develop and modify short, mid, and long-term preventative maintenance plans, tactics, and resources to achieve safe and efficient uptime of facility and equipment
• Direct and facilitate equipment upgrades as needed
• Hire, train and develop maintenance staff; evaluate their performance annually

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• High level of focus and attention to detail
• Experience in high power electrical systems, PLC training, CMMS’s, etc. is a plus
• Ability to lead a team and hit targeted goals
• Minimum of 2+ years of industry related experience preferred
