About Our Client

Our client is a Tier 1 supplier to the automotive industry and has been in business for over 75 years. The organization is well-established and focuses on delivering high-quality engineering and manufacturing solutions for clients in the automotive sector.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, including purchasing parts and scheduling repairs.
  • Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee the installation and testing of new equipment and machinery.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
