About Our Client
Our client is a Tier 1 supplier to the automotive industry and has been in business for over 75 years. The organization is well-established and focuses on delivering high-quality engineering and manufacturing solutions for clients in the automotive sector.
Job Description- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including purchasing parts and scheduling repairs.
- Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the installation and testing of new equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
