About the Opportunity
Our partner is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Leader to oversee equipment reliability, maintenance personnel, and daily repair activities within a demanding production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Reliability & Maintenance
Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for heavy mobile equipment and industrial machinery.
Coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
Analyze equipment performance.
Support major repairs and rebuilds
Leadership
Supervise and mentor a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Safety
Champion a strong safety culture throughout maintenance operations.
Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
Participate in incident investigations, audits, and corrective action plans.
Planning & Coordination
Manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate resources
Monitor maintenance expenditures.
Collaborate with operations leaders.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is preferred.
Several years of maintenance experience within heavy industrial, manufacturing, processing, , construction, or similar environments.
Prior leadership experience overseeing maintenance team.
Working knowledge of diesel-powered equipment and hydraulics
Computer literate
Work Environment
This role operates in a heavy industrial setting and requires regular time in production areas, maintenance shops, and outdoor work environments.
This position requires flexibility to support operational needs. Occasional off-shift, weekend, holiday, or emergency response coverage may be necessary.
