This part-time, seasonal Maintenance Helper performs routine grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, tree trimming, seeding, digging, trash pickup, and operating related equipment.
Assists with preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, machinery, and equipment, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and welding tasks.
Designated as essential personnel, required to report during emergencies or bad weather to ensure safe operations.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), entry-level experience, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
Follows detailed instructions under supervision and uses tools such as hand/power tools, mowers, tractor, backhoe, and ATV.
Work environment involves exposure to weather, noise, odors, and chemical hazards.
