Position Summary: As a Supervisor at Pool Centurion, you will lead and support a team of pool technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, safety compliance, and operational excellence. You will oversee daily operations, coach and mentor your team, and build strong client relationships to drive retention and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and direct the daily activities of pool technicians, ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently met.
- Monitor team performance through in-person observations and performance tracking systems.
- Manage technician schedules to achieve labor and service goals.
- Ensure fleet management standards are followed, including vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Coach, train, and mentor employees, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory completion of services.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to support retention and identify growth opportunities.
- Enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional job-related duties as needed.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years supervising others in a route-based pool service business.
- Clear understanding of safety rules, operating principles, and pool maintenance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements: - Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, and performing manual labor as needed.
- Occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required for emergency jobs
