Reports to: Associate Director of Operations & Facilities
Shift: This is a Full-Time Day Shift position. Monday through Friday. Exact hours to be determined.
Job Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly
Compensation: Up to $27.261 per hour depending on experience
Job Duties Include:
Perform maintenance and repairs at all facilities to include: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, etc.
Work with Program Managers to satisfy maintenance needs.
Keep Associate Director of Operations & Facilities apprised of any necessary issues and repairs.
Perform regular inspections as assigned.
Perform cleaning at any and all facilities.
Distribute inter-agency mail.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience required. Two years or more preferred.
Valid Drivers License Required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
