Description
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ensure reliable operation of fire and security systems
- Respond to facility issues and minimize operational disruptions
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs
- Identify risks and implement improvements to reduce downtime
- Coordinate third-party service providers and contractors
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to defined standards
- Support compliance with OSHA regulations and building codes
- Manage inspections, permits, and required documentation
- Prioritize maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment
- Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
- Track maintenance expenses, contracts, and service records
- Provide regular updates to plant leadership

Profile
- 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical)
- Experience managing vendors and contractors
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a hands-on role

Job Offer
- Base salary $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience level
- 15 PTO days + company holidays
