Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator

Chick-fil-A Palm Coast

Position Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on leader to oversee the maintenance and safety of our facilities, vehicles, and equipment. This role ensures our restaurants run efficiently, stay in top condition, and provide a safe environment for our guests and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all facility, vehicle, and equipment maintenance -  including both preventative care and repairs at our Chick-fil-A Palm Coast & Seminole Woods locations.
  • Partner with Chick-fil-A, Inc. and approved vendors for specialized repairs beyond our in-house capabilities.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs with the leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Assist in restaurant operations as needed (front of house or back of house).
  • Manage the repair & maintenance budget and labor efficiently.
  • Conduct security checks (locking doors, checking electrical equipment) and oversee pest control measures.
  • Perform key maintenance tasks such as replacing fryer filters and other routine upkeep.
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and promptly report any issues to leadership
  • Window washing & power washing.
  • Landscape maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Proven maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, machine repair, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrate and uphold Chick-fil -A Core Values in every aspect of the role.
  • Flexible availability - must be able to work many Sundays and occasional late nights or overnight shifts.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; able to safely operate company vehicles.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
