    Maintenance & Engineering Manager

    We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, reliability, and capital project initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, improving plant performance, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

    What Youll Do:

    • Lead all maintenance and engineering activities for the facility
    • Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs
    • Oversee capital projects from planning through implementation
    • Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing efficiency
    • Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
    • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams
    • Lead and develop maintenance and engineering teams
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and safety standards

    What Were Looking For:

    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • 5+ years of maintenance and/or engineering leadership experience in manufacturing
    • Strong background in equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and capital projects
    • Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial systems
    • Knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems and maintenance best practices
    • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
